Policies
The LAA Board is responsible for the governance of the Library Association of Alberta, and creates and maintains policies related to the framework, governance and operational management of the organization and its development.
The Board uses policy to provide effective parameters and guidelines for action for all of its members, committees, interest groups and staff. All members are expected to follow policies relevant to their duties and actions.
In 2021, the board began a complete review of LAA policies and procedures, work which continues to date. For more inforamtion about this project, please contact us.
