Does anyone have a policy about employees using their personal vehicles for work purposes That they'd be willing to share?

Hi, Does anyone have a policy for keys to the building? I have a staff person who recently misplaced their keys to the building; this raised the question of what we would do.

Do you change all the locks? Do you charge the staff person?

We have MeeScan and it has been amazing! it's small kiosk that is very easy to use. They link directly to our ILS (Polaris) so there is not need for manual entry or RFID (which I hate). It's very reasonability prices and patrons have loved it!

The Sylvan Lake Library is likely to get a new building in the next few years, we have town confirmation, we just need a few other factors to get in line.

I'm wondering how everyone who has gotten a new space in the last few years, has managed fundraising. When did you start?

I'm thinking about doing some crowd fundraising or applying to private foundations for funding, but I'm concerned about it being too early. Most grants want you to spend the money right away and I'm not sure if other fundraising initiatives are the same.

It seems like a hurry-up and wait situation. Any advice is welcome
