Our Annual General Meeting will be held May 30th at 6:30 pm via Zoom, please save the date! This is an opportunity for members to get an update on LAA work, view our 2023 financial review and vote on amendments to our bylaws. Bylaw amendment proposals are as follows:

• To amend the Bylaws for the purpose of allowing LAA to create Divisions of the Association and to provide for those Divisions to have representation on the Board of Directors.

• To amend the Bylaws for the purpose of changing the parliamentary authority of the LAA.
